The Old Quarter provides some of the most unique shopping opportunities. Around the MACBA museum of contemporary art, there are fashion and design shops, and toward the port there are wine shops, butchers and bakers. The historic shops in this area are wonderful – and the heritage experienced while shopping through this area will be long-remembered.

Portal d’Angel and Portaferrisa at the end of Barri Gotic offer some of the newest fashion in shops such as Levi’s, Benetton, and many other labels. This is a very popular shopping area in the very center of the city – with sights, sounds and foods that will make a memorable shopping experience for any traveler.
