Madrid Transport Spain - The Spanish capital of Madrid has been growing tremendously over the last few years. Undergoing improved metro and rail transport and vast expansion of the city, the city of Madrid is an up and coming metropolis that is now home to the third busiest airport in Europe. Madridís airport is the Barajas Airport. There are a number of transportation options from the airport to the city centre. AeroCity is a taxi service that can be reserved in advance (www.gomadrid.com/aerocity/). Buses are available from the terminals and connect to the Metro at Avenida de America.
